Every message sent from here is read and answered. The reply may take a few days, but it will come.

  • If it is a question about using it. The help inside the app answers the frequent questions —the voice that sounds odd, the microphone, where progress is stored— and it is always one tap away from the menu.
  • If you want your data. From «Your account» you can download all your progress or delete the whole account without asking anyone and without waiting for a reply.
  • If it is a legal matter. The legal notice identifies who answers for this, and the privacy policy says what is stored and why. Both can be read without an account.
So I can reply. It is not used for anything else.
If you are writing about a bug, say which screen you were on and which browser: that is usually enough.

This form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks whether whoever is sending it behaves like a person. Their privacy policy and their terms of service.

Can we measure visits?

If you accept, Hanasuka uses Google Analytics to count which pages are read and how people get here. Google sets its cookies and receives the visit data. It is not used for advertising, and if you reject, nothing is loaded. Cookie policy
